execution-focused role. We are seeking a creative leader who can think independently, challenge conventional approaches, establish
design standards, and transform ideas into meaningful visual experiences.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to define creative direction, build scalable design systems, modernize our digital
presence, strengthen product branding, and contribute directly to business objectives through impactful design thinking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
→ Lead the overall creative vision and visual direction of Zehntech across all digital and offline platforms
→ Define and continuously evolve the company's design philosophy, ensuring consistency, innovation, and premium quality
→ Establish design standards, creative processes, workflows, and scalable design systems across the organization
→ Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across every customer touchpoint
→ Strengthen and elevate Zehntech's brand identity to reflect a modern, premium, and globally competitive image
→ Build compelling visual narratives that communicate the company's values, products, and vision
→ Ensure every creative asset contributes to building trust, credibility, and brand recognition
→ Revive and reposition existing products through strategic visual improvements and creative thinking
→ Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to improve product communication and customer experience
→ Design with business outcomes in mind — focusing on engagement, conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
→ Translate complex product features into simple, compelling, and customer-focused visual experiences
Lead the creative transformation of the Zehntech website by introducing modern layouts, engaging user experiences, and innovative visual
concepts

→ Conduct regular design audits and recommend improvements based on current industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor analysis
→ Independently conceptualize website improvements without requiring detailed creative direction
→ Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms
Design premium-quality creatives for product launches, corporate branding, recruitment campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures,
exhibitions, and promotional materials
→
→ Ensure every campaign aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable impact
→ Stay ahead of global design trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and user experience best practices
→ Introduce innovative design approaches that improve efficiency, creativity, and customer engagement
→ Bring fresh ideas that differentiate Zehntech in a competitive market
→ Work closely with leadership, product managers, developers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders
→ Translate business objectives into creative strategies and impactful design solutions
→ Present design concepts confidently, explain creative rationale, and influence strategic decisions

→ Take complete ownership of the creative quality delivered by the organization
→ Ensure every design reflects attention to detail, premium aesthetics, and a consistent brand experience
→ Continuously improve creative processes and maintain high standards across all deliverables
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign)
→
→ Advanced knowledge of Figma and modern UI design principles
Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory,
layout, and visual hierarchy

Experience in website design, landing page design, and digital
campaigns
→
→ Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Knowledge of responsive design and user-centric design
principles
→
Experience with AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly,
Midjourney, ChatGPT, Figma AI, etc.) highly preferred
→
→ Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage
→ 6–8 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, or Creative Design
→ Proven experience leading creative projects from concept to execution
→ Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, website design, product marketing, and business-focused creative work
→ Experience working with IT companies, SaaS products, or technology brands preferred
