As the Principal Organizational Change Consultant, you'll help lead a team of change consultants responsible for partnering with the business during times of transformational change to drive success and outcomes through preparing, equipping and supporting team members to successfully adopt change. You'll be responsible for maintaining a small workload while learning and developing leadership skills and responsibilities.
About the role
Learn leadership roles and responsibilities through daily experience by assisting the team leader
Coach team members on best practices and process improvements
Delegate and monitor team workload through management of the intake form and process
Assist team members in performing functions of the role where needed
Embody the culture and mission of the team and company
Proactively identify and participate in networking opportunities or community events that showcase Change Management activities
Maintain excellent and open communication with the team leader, providing regular reports on areas of opportunity with proposed remedies as needed
Review metrics to drive decisioning, direction and prioritization for the team
Work independently with occasional guidance in complex situations
Pull and create reports necessary to carry out the functions of the team and track strategic goal accomplishment
Participates in interviewing and hiring decisions for the team
Be responsible for onboarding and training any new hires on processes, expectations and change management practices of the team
Get involved with assessing the team’s performance/DRIVE reviews as well involvement with decisions for promotions/demotions
Collaborate with leader to review engagement and feedback surveys and strategize improvements for the team
About you
3 Years of Change Management experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members
