About this role
Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Monitor process performance, troubleshoot process issues, and implement improvements to achieve operational excellence.
Analyze process data and identify opportunities for cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and waste elimination.
Perform FMEA, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to resolve process-related issues.
Establish and maintain Work Instructions, OCAP, FMEA and Control Plan documents as per QMS requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Perform process capability studies and statistical analysis to maintain stable production processes.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and process qualification activities. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
Prepare and present technical reports and process performance reviews.
Lead electrode-related process improvements from development through production
Work with internal and external teams to define and lead advanced and next-gen electrode development
Design and run well-designed experiments based on DOE methodologies and cell design principles with data driven mindset.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
BS, or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science with 5+ years industry experience.
Experience with data analysis software, and SQL for database querying.
Experience in battery or coating industry is preferred.
