What’s the role?
Join Private Bank on a permanent basis and help successful clients navigate some of life’s biggest financial decisions.
Based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, you'll manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth clients, supporting them across everyday banking, lending and wealth conversations. You'll become a trusted adviser who understands each client's broader financial goals and brings together the right solutions to help them move forward with confidence.
You'll deepen existing relationships, welcome new clients through referral networks and collaborate closely with specialists across Private Wealth and the wider Westpac Group. You'll also help clients embrace digital banking tools where they add simplicity and convenience, while maintaining a strong focus on risk and compliance.
We're open to experienced Private Bankers and talented Senior Private Banking professionals looking to take the next step in their career.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country.
What do I need?
Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, ideally with High-Net-Worth clients
Strong lending capability across consumer lending, with business or commercial lending experience highly regarded
Sound understanding of credit policy and strong credit judgement
RG146 Tier 1 and Tier 2 certification, or willingness to obtain and build wealth knowledge
Mandarin or Cantonese language proficiency is highly desirable
