About this role

"IKI" is a place where people – whether they work in the office, in stores, in production, or in logistics – turn their passion for leading into ambitious achievements! We were the first in Lithuania to introduce French croissants and baguettes, open an autonomous store, and implement self-checkout stations and electronic price labels. These steps reflect our constant drive to stay one step ahead and shape the future of retail – innovative and sustainable. If you are looking for a dynamic, open-minded environment where you can grow and create innovations, a job at IKI might be closer than you think!

In this job you will:

  • Analyze market, consumer, and competitor data, providing insights on product positioning, pricing, and portfolio development.

  • Coordinate new product development and launches, working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure product documentation, packaging, and labeling comply with legal, quality, and brand requirements.

  • Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, category management, quality, and other departments to support product launches and sales-driving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a project management role.

  • Experience in generating ideas, developing visual concepts, and creating communication materials for marketing campaigns.

  • Professional development possibilities (both with colleagues and individually)

Health and emotional well-being
