The Role

We're looking for a Process Analyst to support business transformation, process improvement, and systems optimization initiatives across the organization.

Working with stakeholders across multiple teams, you'll help analyse and improve business processes, document requirements, support system changes, and drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Analyse and improve business processes and workflows.
• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation.
• Support process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Assist with system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and change implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide recommendations.
• Define and track process KPIs to measure business performance.
   

What You'll Bring

• Experience documenting business processes and/or system requirements.
• Strong process mapping and workflow documentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Visio and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience supporting UAT and business change activities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT, telecommunications, technology, or other complex B2B environments.
• Relational database knowledge.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement or transformation initiatives.

Working Pattern

• Standard working hours from Monday to Friday
• Hybrid/Remote working arrangement based in Sofia
