About this role
Process Engineer
What you’ll do:
•Drive process improvements focused on cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, PPH increase, and cost optimization. Support new product launches, process validation, SWI/PFMEA development, and manufacturing standardization.
•Work with automation technologies including PLCs, robots, DOE, troubleshooting, and process parameter optimization. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, ergonomics, and data analysis tools
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Finance, Security, and Operations
What is required:
•Industrial / Mechatronics Engineering. Experience in Process Engineering within manufacturing/automotive
•Core Tools & Lean Manufacturing knowledge
•Fluent English required
