About this role
We're looking for a results-oriented Program Manager to join Amazon's BR External Fulfillment Operational Excellence team — and own the metrics, processes, and launches that define how we scale. This isn't a supporting role; you'll be at the center of how we operate, driving the initiatives that directly shape seller experience, operational efficiency, and marketplace growth across Brazil's external fulfillment network.
You'll lead from problem to solution: identifying what's broken through data, designing what's next, and launching programs that stick. You'll partner with Product, Operations, and Tech teams to turn complexity into clarity — building the measurement frameworks, process standards, and launch playbooks that let us move faster without breaking things.
If you thrive on ownership, love making sense of ambiguity, and want your work to be visible in the numbers that leadership tracks — this is your role.
Key job responsibilities
Drive process improvement — Own end-to-end initiatives that leverage data-driven methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, statistical analysis) to identify inefficiencies and deliver measurable operational gains.
Partner cross-functionally — Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Program teams to design and launch operational excellence programs that scale across the organization.
Define and own success metrics — Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to quantify program impact; build dashboards and reporting cadences that surface insights to the right audiences.
Architect scalable solutions — Translate complex operational challenges into well-scoped, repeatable processes and tooling that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
Maintain program rigor — Develop clear documentation, requirements artifacts, and runbooks that keep programs on track and enable seamless handoffs.
Influence senior leadership — Synthesize findings into crisp narratives; present data-backed recommendations to Directors and VPs with clear tradeoffs and proposed paths forward.
Align stakeholders at all levels — Navigate competing priorities across multiple teams and organizational layers to build consensus and unblock execution.
A day in the life
As a Process Improvement PM, you'll lead process mapping sessions to identify operational bottlenecks and friction points in our external fulfillment network. You'll conduct root cause analysis, create value stream maps, and design streamlined solutions that remove business barriers. Your day will involve facilitating workshops with stakeholders to identify process constraints, develop innovative solutions, and implement frictionless processes. You'll focus on eliminating redundancies, simplifying workflows, and creating standardized procedures that scale across the network. Through continuous improvement methodologies, you'll monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate on solutions to ensure sustainable process optimization
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
