Mandatory Skill Set:
- Strong experience in New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- Ability to manage and execute activities related to NHT, OJT, and floor support
- Sound understanding of throughput management for both NHT and OJT
- Expertise in throughput calculations and performance analysis
- Experience in controlling and reducing attrition
- Ability to create PKT (Process Knowledge Test) content and conduct assessments effectively
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Sales Trainer
- Strong capability in training on sales techniques and soft skills
- Experience in Training Needs Identification (TNI)
- Ability to handle and improve Bottom Quartile performance
- Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations
Additional Advantage:
- Exposure to or hands-on experience in leveraging AI tools or solutions for projects/training initiatives will be considered an added advantage.
