The Procurement Compliance Associate Trainee will support Kimberly-Clark's supplier compliance initiatives, with a primary focus on the PFAS Certification Program and compliance operations activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier compliance, documentation management, process governance, and stakeholder coordination within a global procurement environment.
• MBA/PGDM in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Internship, academic project, or prior exposure to Procurement, Supply Chain, Compliance, Shared Services, or Supplier Management.
• Experience working with document management, workflow, or e-signature tools such as DocuSign.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
