- Arrange work plan for procurement planning section.
- Build good relationship with vendor.
- Represent Procurement to receive requisitions form from user.
- Responsible to manage, monitor, and evaluate the internal processes to achieve continual improvement.
- Ensure the effective implementation of overall policies and procedures.
- Perform budget stock & non-stock request validation received by procurement support.
- Provide advice and input to user about materials needed based on price evaluation.
- Analyze and set up financial estimation for the overall needs of the Business Unit (e.g., price estimation, alternative vendors, specification variance, budget usage).
- Conduct vendor evaluation and provide further suggestion for vendor continuance/change required and/or adjustment.
- Evaluate & monitor vendor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations & to determine need for changes.
- Management Support Activities:
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Education Requirement
·Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
Work Exposure/ Experience
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Senior Staff, or
- Minimum 4 years working experience
