ROLE SUMMARY
We're transforming Finance at LSEG. As we move to Oracle Fusion and a single enterprise data model, we're simplifying processes, improving controls and creating stronger foundations for reporting and decision-making.
As a Business Analyst, you'll help shape how Product and Pricing master data is managed across the Group. Working alongside Finance, Product, Technology and Operations teams, you'll turn business requirements into practical solutions that improve data quality, consistency and business outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in a large-scale global transformation and help define how master data supports the future of Finance at LSEG.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Partner with business and technology teams to define Product and Pricing master data requirements and solutions.
Help design product hierarchies, attributes, classifications and controls that support finance processes and reporting.
Support the implementation of Oracle Product Hub and related integrations across Oracle Fusion and other enterprise platforms.
Facilitate workshops, analyse impacts and produce clear documentation to support delivery decisions.
Identify data quality issues, process gaps and risks, helping drive practical improvements and stronger controls.
Support testing, business readiness and post-go-live activities to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
5+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Master Data Management or ERP transformation programmes.
Strong knowledge of Product and Pricing Master Data, including hierarchies, attributes, classifications and governance.
Experience with Oracle Product Hub, Oracle PDH, Oracle Fusion Item Master or similar PIM/MDM solutions.
Ability to gather requirements, analyse complex problems and translate them into practical business solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, with the confidence to work across business and technology teams.
Experience supporting testing, implementation and change activities within large transformation programmes.
Additional experience that would be beneficial
Oracle EDMCS, enterprise hierarchies or reference data management.
Finance Transformation or multi-ERP environments.
Data migration, harmonisation and master data remediation.
Understanding of finance reporting, product profitability or Chart of Accounts concepts.
