Beyond supporting a single workstream, you'll help shape cross-functional working models, influence product strategy, and design the structures that keep a major transformation on track. This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location. The level of position offered will be based on skills and experience at manager discretion. Drive product convergence analysis: Research current-state products across brands and lines of business, identify differences, and recommend go-forward solutions that simplify our product portfolio. Own requirements development timelines: Build and manage workplans that keep product requirement development on track, coordinating across key stakeholders including Product Development, Delivery, and Pricing. Support our Legacy Book strategy: Help develop a consolidation strategy for Legacy Books across the P&S portfolio — a critical enabler of our long-term transformation. Build organizational working models: Design and maintain the cross-functional engagement structures that keep Product, Experience, and Technology teams aligned on roadmaps, decisions, and deliverables. Document converged product requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and formalize the product requirements that will power our next-generation insurance platform Insurance product knowledge: especially Personal Lines Property products Project management experience: you know how to build a plan, manage stakeholders, and keep complex workstreams moving Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills: you're comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems and turning them into clear recommendations A collaborative approach: you work effectively across teams, escalate when needed, and stay focused on outcomes Comfort with ambiguity: this program is evolving, and the best candidates will thrive in an environment where not everything is defined yet Relevant experience in insurance, product strategy, consulting, or program management (experience level will determine placement at the Senior Analyst or Consultant level) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Exposure to product transformation, platform modernization, or portfolio consolidation initiatives Bachelor's degree in business, information management, economics, or other quantitative field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 4 years, typically 6 years or more of relevant work experience. Knowledgeable in data query languages and tools; proficient in new and emerging technologies; may possess data modeling skills. Highly developed communication and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of data concepts, strategies, and methodologies. In-depth knowledge of data architectures, solutions and designs; extensive knowledge of business operations, strategies and objectives. Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
