About the Role
We are looking for a versatile, data-driven professional to work at the intersection of Product Management, Affiliation Development, and Data Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and evolving the back-office tool that empowers our internal Expert teams to produce product and price comparison content, while discovering monetization opportunities through data analysis, and maintaining quality control over our operations.
What You Will Do
Product Operations
Manage the lifecycle of our internal platform, ensuring it efficiently serves content creators managing product and pricing data.
Discover, define, and document clear business requirements to improve usability, data accuracy, and feature sets.
Partner closely with Expert and BT teams to ensure delivered features meet strict operational needs.
Enforce quality control processes to minimize errors in consumer-facing comparison data, protecting brand credibility.
Data & Affiliation
· Drive the discovery, evaluation, and integration of new external data sources (e.g., product catalogs, technical databases, and direct merchant feeds / APIs) to create product assessments and enrich content.
· Define business logic and rules to successfully merge external data feeds into a unified, coherent internal schema.
· Drive affiliation activities, managing integrations with online platforms, affiliate networks, and external data providers.
· Optimize commercial setups (e.g., tracking setups, direct merchant feeds) to maximize revenue (EPC, CTR) from published content.
· Proactively detect monetization opportunities and track internal operational KPIs.
What You Bring
· Analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into product requirements.
· Solid understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape (networks, retailer tracking, product feeds, API integrations).
· Proficiency in web analytics and data visualization (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, PowerBI, etc.).
· Proven ability to align diverse, cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, content creators, and commercial partners).
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment requiring frequent context-switching between technical and commercial domains.
· Bonus: Basic understanding of database structures and backend/frontend data flows.
