To provide technical support on processes, design, and quality measures for a specific product.

About the job:

  • Provide product and process technical and test support to PM, Sales, and Customers: product electrical and dimensional specification, process control plan, ETR, 3D drawing.
  • Ensure the compliance of the product to certifications’ requirements such as UL, EAC, KC Marking, CSA, PSE, BASEEFA, CCC & CQC.
  • Initiate submission of Rel Samples, monitor the its performances and implement improvement actions in case failures would be encountered or there is drift in the product performances.
  • Support new product development projects and compliance to NPPD 5-Phase requirement. With capability to lead leved 3 product development – extension projects
  • Lead projects and activities related to material supplier quality and availability: SPCN, SSQF and PCCM compliance.
  • Provides design input, validation plan, prototypes / testing, PCCM ECR, drawings, datasheet and FMEA updates. Ensures proper documentation of technical documents for assigned product.
  • Coordinates with relevant departments on testing, process and yield improvement 

About you:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years of related work experience in an electronics / automotive manufacturing company
  • Technical knowledge and material science knowledge preferred
  • Well-versed on statistical tools and software like Minitab
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certified is an advantage
