Product Experience Analyst
About this role
The Product Experience Analyst helps Homey understand and improve how clients, panel firms, and homebuyers experience our conveyancing platform. The role combines UI/UX analysis with direct client interaction — reviewing product usage, gathering feedback, identifying friction points, and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the Product and Design teams. This is a client-facing role that also requires a strong eye for usability and interface design.

• Keep up to date with UX best practice, accessibility standards, and PropTech industry trends
• Suggest and help implement improvements to how Homey gathers and acts on client feedback
• Contribute to a culture of user-centred thinking across the Product and Design teams
