About Eka Care
Eka Care is one of India's leading HealthTech startups, building at the intersection of Agentic AI and the doctor's daily workflow. Our products span an EMR trusted by thousands of doctors across clinics and hospitals, ambient clinical documentation (EkaScribe), personal health records, and a growing platform of agentic AI assistants, all live at scale.
About the Role
You will join the Category / Revenue team and own one high-visibility pricing and market-research problem end to end: how Eka.care prices its plans and add-ons across EMR, Scribe, the Developer Platform, and partner offerings, and how that pricing should evolve. You will live in the data, talk to the market, and hand leadership a pricing strategy they can act on. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one, and your work will directly shape revenue decisions.
What You Will Do
Map the current state of pricing across every plan and add-on: what we charge, how it's packaged, and where the logic came from, and reconstruct who buys what, when, and in what combinations
Hunt for revenue leakages: under-priced add-ons, features given away for free, discount sprawl, renewal churn, and plans people upgrade around instead of into
Quantify the gap between the value we deliver and the value we capture, and flag where pricing is quietly costing us
Run competitive and pricing research across health-tech, SaaS EMRs, AI-scribe tools, and developer/API platforms, and test willingness-to-pay using frameworks like Van Westendorp, value-based tiering, and feature-value mapping
Recommend a pricing strategy across three horizons: short-term quick fixes, medium-term repackaging and tiering, and a long-term pricing architecture that feels like one coherent system across all products
Turn a 40-tab spreadsheet into a one-slide recommendation a busy exec can act on
What We Are Looking For
Analytical and curious, comfortable in spreadsheets, with "I don't know, let me find out" as your default
Numbers-literate, able to build a simple model, read a funnel, and turn data into a decision; SQL or comfort with data tools is a strong plus
A research instinct: able to size a market, dissect a competitor, and structure primary and secondary research without hand-holding
Clear written communication and a bias for ownership: you treat the project like it's yours, because it is
Preferred but not required: pursuing or recently completed a degree in MBA, Economics, Business, or a strong quantitative field, though we care more about how you think than where you studied
What You Will Get
A named pricing strategy deck presented to leadership, with your recommendations, not just your findings
Direct exposure to how a health-tech company thinks about revenue, packaging, and go-to-market
Fluency in pricing frameworks and market research you'll use for the rest of your career
A high-signal resume line: "Owned the pricing strategy project for a multi-product health platform"
A strong path to a full-time role for interns who excel
If you like pulling apart a messy problem until the answer is obvious, you'll fit right in.
