About You

Summary of Position:

  • In this role, you will support product lifecycle management processes across one or more business units and/or process areas within the SAP S/4HANA and PLM systems to execute product changes, maintain data integrity, and support ongoing business operations.Working closely with regional Business Unit (BU) primary functional leads, you will support day-to-day system and process execution in adherence to established standards and procedures for the creation, maintenance, and validation of lifecycle data such as specifications, and recipes/Bill of Materials (BOMs) across finished goods, semi-finished, and raw materials.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Prefeed Qualifications: 

  • This role partners with cross-functional teams including Planning, R&D, Manufacturing, Distribution, Marketing, Quality, Product Safety, and Digital Lifecycle teams and combines data governance, operational execution, system enablement, and continuous improvement to ensure that high-quality (timely, complete, accurate, and consistent) data is created, maintained, and leveraged to drive business value and flow directly to downstream planning, manufacturing and reporting systems.

  • Support overall day-to-day system/process execution through:

  • Complete validation of data in accordance with governance standards and business rules

  • Support controls and audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and policies

  • Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and data standards

  • Provide guidance and direction to analysts on task execution and priorities

  • Support system enhancements/ improvements by conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as appropriate

  • Resolve moderate complex data and process issues, partnering with COE SMEs on complex scenarios and escalations as appropriate

  • Trend/analyze process, data and speed issues and provide improvement recommendations to COE

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain

  • Experience working with SAP-based systems and large-scale data environments

  • Experience in testing, training, and supporting system implementations

  • B2 or C1 English level

  • Strong understanding of Data Governance principles and practices

  • Deep knowledge of product, material, SKU, and recipe/BOM lifecycle processes

  • Experience with MDG, SAP S4HANA and PLM systems

  • Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, manufacturing, logistics)

  • Experience with Continuous Improvement / Lean methodologies

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

  • Advanced SAP user (S/4HANA, ECC/R3, PLM)

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power App, WinShuttle, Macro and/or SAP scripting
