Same-Day Delivery helps brands with converting their browsers into buyers, serving as a competitive advantage and reducing working capital challenges. Blitz currently engages with enterprise brands with category focus into Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care and Healthcare; helping them with 30% - 40% increase in their website conversions & increasing retention by 2x by providing best in class experience.

   Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end execution of one or more product features or modules, from problem discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to understand customer needs and deliver impactful product solutions.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, product metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Define clear product requirements, prioritize the roadmap with guidance from senior product leaders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Design and analyze A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and make data-informed product decisions.
  • Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Monitor product performance after launch, identify issues, and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable products.


      Basic Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real user problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of product development processes, experimentation, and agile methodologies.
