Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience in software product management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering business requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build impactful digital products.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, UI/UX, QA, and customers to translate business needs into product solutions while ensuring timely delivery and an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify new product opportunities.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure products are delivered on time while maintaining quality and business expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and analytics to drive continuous product improvements.
- Coordinate feature releases, change requests, and product enhancements.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Support product launches by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Drive continuous product innovation and process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in an IT services, SaaS, or software product company.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in product planning, roadmap management, and backlog prioritization.
- Hands-on experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and Business.
- Familiarity with project and product management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Confluence.
- Ability to interpret customer needs, business objectives, and market trends into actionable product features.
- Understanding of SaaS products, enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, or web/mobile applications will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working on SaaS, ERP, CRM, EdTech, or enterprise software products will be preferred.
