Product Manager, Digital Assets — Tokenization
About this role
Financial markets are evolving, and tokenization is changing how assets are issued, traded, settled, and serviced. We’re looking for a Product Manager to help build next-generation digital asset infrastructure that connects traditional capital markets with blockchain-based technologies.
You’ll partner with institutional clients, market participants, engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to move tokenization capabilities from concept to adoption while addressing complex regulatory, operational, and technical challenges tied to real-world digital asset use cases.
We’re especially interested in candidates who have built products for exchanges, trading venues, market infrastructure providers, or institutional digital asset platforms.
This is an opportunity to shape how tokenized assets enter institutional financial markets. We’re looking for someone with strong product leadership, deep digital asset knowledge, and a solid understanding of trading workflows, market structure, clearing, settlement, and post-trade operations.
What You'll Do
Own the tokenization product roadmap across issuance, trading, settlement, smart contract-enabled functionality, and interoperability.
Define end-to-end workflows spanning issuance, trading, clearing, settlement, custody, transfer restrictions, and corporate actions.
Partner with institutional market participants to translate complex trading and operational requirements into scalable product capabilities.
Translate product strategy into execution for tokenized assets and on-chain financial markets.
Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on APIs, smart contract capabilities, data models, security controls, and integration strategies.
Support the development of low-latency, high-volume systems designed for institutional-grade market infrastructure.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to design compliant operating models and controls.
Drive product launches, stakeholder alignment, and continuous product improvement.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience in digital assets, capital markets, exchange technology, trading platforms, fintech, or enterprise software.
Demonstrated ability to launch or scale new products; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
Strong understanding of equity ecosystem, tokenization, digital asset ecosystems, and institutional market participants.
On‑chain fluency with L1/L2 ecosystems, smart‑contract basics, tokenization/RWAs, wallets/custody, DEXs/AMMs, and on‑chain data/oracles
Deep understanding of capital markets trading workflows, market structure, execution, clearing, settlement, and post-trade operations.
Experience building or managing products that support trading platforms, exchanges, electronic markets, or other high-volume financial systems.
Experience working with blockchain technologies, tokenized assets, smart contracts, distributed ledger platforms, or on-chain financial infrastructure.
Proven ability to bring complex products from concept through launch and adoption.
Experience working in regulated environments and partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building or supporting on-chain trading platforms, digital asset marketplaces, or tokenized market infrastructure.
Experience working for an exchange, broker-dealer, market infrastructure provider, institutional trading platform, or capital markets technology company.
Experience supporting low-latency, high-volume systems where performance, reliability, and scalability are critical.
Familiarity with custody, clearing, settlement, transfer agent workflows, and corporate actions.
Strong knowledge of smart contract architecture, token standards, blockchain protocols, and institutional digital asset ecosystems.
Core Skills
Product strategy, prioritization, and execution.
Strong trading and market infrastructure mindset.
Systems thinking across capital markets, operations, engineering, and regulatory domains.
Customer discovery and stakeholder management.
Clear communication and ability to simplify complex technical, business, and regulatory challenges.
