Scopely is looking for a Product Manager, Performance to join our Bingo Bash team in Bangalore, India, working on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Do

As the Product Manager, Performance for Bingo Bash, you will drive game growth by owning the game's LiveOps strategy, calendar, and monetization performance. You'll collaborate across Product, Economy, Engineering, Analytics, QA, and Production teams to maximize player engagement, progression, and business performance through data-driven decisions and continuous optimization.

  • Monthly Calendar Ownership: Own the planning, optimization, and execution of the LiveOps calendar, defining the daily reasons to play while delivering a best in class player experience and maximizing business performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key game metrics, including Revenue, DAU, DAP, ARPPU, and Retention, and take proactive actions to meet business objectives.

  • LiveOps Events Ownership: Own the strategy, configuration, and optimization of LiveOps events and monetization levers, ensuring they work together to create engaging player experiences and maximize game performance.

  • Economy & RTP Management: Partner closely with the Economy team to optimize RTP, game economy health, and player progression while balancing engagement and monetization goals.

  • Product Performance: Work closely with Product teams to define monetization requirements and usage plans, ensuring new features are effectively integrated into the LiveOps calendar and contribute to the overall player experience and monetization strategy.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with Analytics, Economy, Engineering, QA, and Production teams to analyze player behavior, define product requirements, conduct experiments, optimize LiveOps performance, and continuously improve the product through A/B testing and data-driven insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Monetization, Performance, or LiveOps within the gaming industry.
  • Experience working on monetization strategies, LiveOps operations, and player engagement, preferably in mobile games.
  • Proven ability to work with data and analytics to drive product decisions and business performance.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, Economy, and Design.
  • Creative, player-first mindset with a passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of player motivations.
  • Excellent & global communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different disciplines and time zones.
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in mobile gaming, LiveOps, and monetization.
