Product Manager, Workspace Reporting and Insights Platform

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Business Insights Platform(BIP) makes Workspace trustable for our enterprise customers. For trusting workspace with their data, Workspace customers need deeper and detailed insights about actions from all their users.

Responsibilities:

• Gather insights into customer needs, pain points, and competitive offerings to inform product development.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into a prioritized roadmap of features and enhancements.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product specifications, user experience, and technical architecture.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch new features and drive adoption of reporting products.
• Track key metrics and gather customer feedback to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within software as a service (SaaS) or a related area.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building platform products.
• Experience running platforms or horizontals, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience delivering large and complex products successfully.
• Ability to work with key stakeholders across product/program, engineering , legal and finance for core system requirements and implementations.
