At Mano bankas, we are expanding our daily banking capabilities and are looking for a Product Owner to lead initiatives that improve customer onboarding, product functionality, and operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and develop daily banking products, particularly customer onboarding and back-office solutions, by defining priorities, gathering business requirements and driving product improvements;
Participate in product planning by setting goals and priorities, defining responsibilities and delivery milestones;
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives;
Collect, align and validate business requirements together with key stakeholders;
Gather, manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value;
Create and maintain process flows, schemas and use cases;
Manage changes in scope and priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals;
Monitor product delivery progress, report status and escalate risks or issues when needed;
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to drive alignment and decision-making.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar role within banking, payments, fintech or digital financial services;
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment;
Strong results-driven mindset and focus on business outcomes;
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex information, identify key issues, propose solutions and drive them to resolution;
Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
