· Define Product Vision: Establish and communicate the overall product strategy and goals to the development team and stakeholders · Manage Product Backlog: Create, maintain, and prioritize user stories and backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer feedback · Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business owners, client users, UX designers, engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement · Agile Participation: Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and program increment planning · Decision Making: Make critical decisions regarding feature prioritization, scope, and trade-offs to ensure timely delivery of high-value functionality · Quality Assurance Support: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and product demonstrations, ensuring features meet acceptance criteria · Risk Management: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies · Market Awareness: Conduct market research and monitor trends to adapt product strategy and maintain competitiveness Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field · 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related role · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business value and product performance · Excellent communication and negotiation skills to articulate vision and balance stakeholder needs · Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or similar frameworks · Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories · Technical literacy to collaborate effectively with development teams and understand system constraints · Empathy and user-centric mindset to advocate for customer needs and enhance user experience Nice-to-Have Qualifications: · Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification · Experience with UX/UI design principles and user research methodologies
