What you will do on your journey with WebBeds.
As a Product Owner, you will drive the strategy, planning, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of the products within your portfolio. You will represent the voice of the customer, shape a clear product vision aligned to WebBeds’ goals, and act as the key decision maker on priorities.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams to align users and outcomes at every stage of the product life cycle, turning customer needs into measurable value.

Key responsibilities
- Product vision: Shape and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that supports WebBeds’ goals and delivers customer value.
- Stakeholder alignment: Challenge stakeholder objectives to uncover higher-level goals, distinguish needs from wants, and establish clear business value.
- Voice of the customer: Represent the voice of the customer with the delivery team, ensuring everyone understands what is needed and why.
- Value maximisation: Understand and maximise the value of the products delivered across their life cycle.
- Roadmap and prioritisation: Inform product strategies and roadmaps with research insights, and drive prioritisation and execution before and after launch.
- Lifecycle management: Manage the product lifecycle, converting customer feedback into requirements and fostering strong product adoption.
- Delivery collaboration: Participate in team ceremonies to track progress and ensure delivery meets business needs.
- Outcome definition: Define what success looks like in terms of clear, measurable outcomes.
- Team empowerment: Empower product teams to make informed decisions by sharing context from users, stakeholders, and supply partners.
- Continuous improvement: Apply problem solving and critical thinking to continually learn agile best practices and adopt relevant enabling technology.
