Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog for the Fund & Equity offerings, ensuring alignment with business strategy and client needs.
- Develop and enhance a comprehensive portfolio of mutual funds, ETFs, equities, and goal-based investment solutions.
- Design and implement life-stage investing strategies tailored to the evolving financial needs of clients throughout their lives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Risk, Compliance) and external partners (e.g., fund management companies) to select, develop, and distribute suitable investment products.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Wealth Hub, ensuring a seamless digital investment experience from product discovery and execution to portfolio monitoring.
- Design and oversee the implementation of exclusive programs, promotions, and investment solutions specifically for Wealth clients.
- Lead product development initiatives from ideation through to implementation, including user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and sprint planning.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies in product design, development, and offering.
- Prepare market insights, product performance reports, and business cases for senior management and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development/delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Securities, Fund Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or a related Financial Services domain.
- Proven track record as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, with demonstrable experience in investment product development or portfolio solution design.
- Deep understanding of capital markets, including equities, mutual funds, ETFs, and other relevant investment vehicles.
- Experience in designing and implementing life-stage investment strategies is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts and market dynamics into clear, actionable product requirements and client-friendly solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with digital wealth platforms, agile methodologies, and client experience design principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a significant plus.
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment and managing cross-functional teams.
