Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise truck and pickup body manufacturing activities. Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion. Maintain quality standards throughout fabrication and assembly. Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity. Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures. Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions. Train and guide production staff on best manufacturing practices. Required Skills Truck body manufacturing expertise. Pickup body fabrication experience. Production planning and scheduling. Quality assurance and inspection. Manufacturing process optimization. Preferred Skills GCC manufacturing experience. Lean manufacturing knowledge. Leadership and team coordination. Work Experience Requirements Minimum 6+ years of experience in Truck or Pickup Body Manufacturing is required. GCC manufacturing experience is preferred. Candidates should have strong exposure to fabrication, production planning, and manufacturing operations. Education Minimum: Typical – B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Additional: Relevant production or quality certifications
