Production Engineer

Monitor manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications. Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity. Maintain production reports and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. Guide and supervise production teams for optimal performance. Required Skills Production Engineering – Managing and optimizing production processes. Manufacturing Operations – Experience in industrial production environments. Quality Control – Ensuring product quality and compliance standards. Process Improvement – Identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements. Team Leadership – Supervising production personnel and operations. Preferred Skills Gulf manufacturing experience. Arabic language proficiency. Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma exposure. Work Experience Requirements Candidates must possess 10–15 years of production engineering experience in India. Gulf-return candidates are preferred. Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments and production management is highly desirable.
