Production Manager
About this role
• Manage daily production operations and production schedules.
• Oversee the hardening process and ensure production quality and efficiency.
• Monitor the phosphating process and coordinate workflow between both production stages.
• Ensure achievement of production KPIs and deadlines.
• Handle production planning and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Supervise technicians, operators, and production staff.
• Troubleshoot production and machinery issues when needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure implementation of health & safety regulations inside the factory.
• Prepare production reports and monitor productivity levels.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience in production management
• Previous experience in Drywall Screws production is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
• Experience in managing the complete production cycle
