About the Role

As a Production Planner, you will support the planning and scheduling activities for our manufacturing sites. You will play an important role in balancing demand and production capacity, ensuring product availability, and supporting efficient operations through accurate planning and close collaboration with production, supply planning, and logistics teams.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in production, supply, or materials planning who enjoys working with data, solving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvements.

What You Will Do

  • Production Scheduling: Create and maintain production plans and schedules, ensuring alignment between demand requirements and manufacturing capacity and constraints, adjusting to the optimal production sequence.

  • Capacity Planning: Monitor production capacity, identify potential constraints, and support actions to minimize disruptions.

  • Inventory Management: Help maintain healthy inventory levels of finished goods and key materials while balancing service and efficiency objectives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with production, material planning, logistics, and customer-facing teams to manage changes and priorities.

  • Scenario Planning: Support planning decisions by evaluating potential impacts of demand fluctuations, capacity changes, and special production requirements.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track planning-related KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and service levels.

  • Master Data Accuracy: Maintain relevant planning data and support the effective use of SAP and planning tools.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in production planning, supply planning, materials planning, or a similar supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, and planning systems, with confidence working with data and operational reports.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive, organized, and collaborative working style.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential.
