About the role
Packforce is a purpose-driven commercial packing and production business powered by Cerebral Palsy Alliance. We provide meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability while delivering high-quality packing, labelling, assembly, rework and fulfilment services to a diverse range of commercial clients.
As Production Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day management of our Wetherill Park operation. Leading a team of Disability Support Practitioners that support up to 90 employees with disability to safely and successfully complete production projects while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our commercial customers.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will coordinate production schedules, oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory and logistics, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. You will be responsible for developing, coaching and supervising the Disability Support Practitioner team, fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture focused on inclusion, quality and continuous improvement.
This role combines operational leadership with social impact. We welcome applications from experienced supervisors and leaders from warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, production, fulfilment or similar environments who are passionate about creating opportunities for people with disability to thrive in meaningful employment.
