角色与职责

• 根据适当的指令开展生产。
• 发展专业学科的概念性知识。可能包括具有广泛领域内专业知识或技术知识的支持角色。
• 应用从教育或过去的经验中发展的业务常识。了解自己团队的工作如何为该地区做出贡献。
• 使用规定程序解决问题。向主管或更多高级团队成员咨询定义的说明/参数之外的问题。
• 与他人合作解决问题。对于面对客户的角色，建立牢固的客户关系并充当客户与 GE HealthCare 之间的接口。交流技术��息，提出问题并检查理解程度。

基本资格

• 该岗位要求在领域具有初步的工作经验。学力水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位 （或根据相应工作经验具有高中学历）

• 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力。优秀的人际关系和领导能力。能够独立工作。较强的解决问题能力。

• 接受主管/领班的工作安排；
• 具有良好的团队合作精神；
• 定期参加培训，熟悉cGMP和EHS要求，熟知生产工作中的专业技能和知识，并能不断提高自己；
• 在操作设备方面，培训并指导其他员工的操作。
• 生产、操作
• 生产操作中严格遵循cGMP和SOP及EHS的各项要求，及时准确地填写批文件与记录本；
• 负责机器的尺寸更换和日常状态检查；
• 按批文件要求完成生产过程中的中间控制（IPC）；
• 关注OEE的数据收集，参与分析生产数据。
• 环境、健康、安全
• 承担最新版本通用电气医疗集团EHS政策中规定的职责
• 达到通用电气���业(上海)工厂对员工的EHS期望   
• 及时报告各种偏差和机器或操作的非正常情况，积极寻求解决方法。
• 积极参与技术革新项目，与工程部/验证部门/项目部门紧密合作，完成设备的周期性验证或专题验证项目；
• 配合工程部完成日常的设备维护和生产设备的维修及保养工作；
