Machine Operator / Production Associate

Location: Alkegen Manufacturing Facility, North Augusta, SC
Shifts Available: 12 hour shifts

We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate machines according to work instructions

  • Load and unload materials and monitor production quality

  • Use basic measuring tools

  • Adjust machine controls as needed

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Follow all safety and company policies

  • Report equipment or quality issues to supervision

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Basic math and communication skills

  • Strong attention to safety

  • Reliable and self‑motivated

  • Flexible to work in different roles

Education & Experience

  • Training provided for the position

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs

  • Stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout shift

  • Work in a noisy manufacturing environment

Shift Hours

  • 7a-7p or 7p-7a

  • 3 days one week

  • 4 days the next
