Role Overview
It plays a pivotal role in enabling continuous learning and capability development across the analytics organization. This role ensures the smooth execution of learning programs, manages operational logistics, and supports data-driven decision-making to enhance workforce performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Program Coordination & Delivery
o Manage end-to-end logistics for learning programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of training initiatives.
o Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules across teams.

· Learning Systems & Tools
o Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and compliance tracking.
o Troubleshoot user issues and liaise with IT or vendors for resolution.
o Project Manage the development (if any) with the LMS partner and stakeholders of the interconnected systems to ensure seamless dataflow.

· Analytics & Reporting
o Track and analyze learning metrics (e.g., participation, completion rates, feedback scores).
o Generate dashboards and insights to inform L&D strategy and ROI.

· Stakeholder Engagement
o Partner with business units to understand skill gaps and align learning solutions.
o Support managers and team leads in identifying relevant learning paths for their teams.

· Process Improvement
o Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to streamline L&D workflows.
o Maintain SOPs and documentation for all learning operations.

Qualifications & Experience
· Graduation degree preferable in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
· 5–7 years of experience in L&D operations, preferably in a data-driven or analytics-focused organization.
· Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Disprz, Workday).
· Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
