The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a Program Manager to join the band in a consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.
Period: September 2026 onwards, with a possibility of extension.
Our client is looking for a Program Manager, Subscriptions Delivery to drive end-to-end execution across its Subscriptions portfolio. In this highly cross-functional role, you will help turn strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes by creating structure, alignment and momentum across complex initiatives.
You will initially focus on two high-priority strategic programs while supporting additional initiatives across the portfolio. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Insights and Business teams, you will ensure effective planning, prioritization and delivery in a fast-paced and global environment spanning Stockholm, the UK and the US.
Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across our client's Subscriptions portfolio.
Lead planning, prioritization, capacity planning and execution of multiple initiatives.
Identify, manage and mitigate risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Insights and Business/GTM teams.
Create clear structures, processes and accountability to support successful execution.
Proactively communicate progress, risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
Drive collaboration across globally distributed teams and multiple time zones.
Ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes that support customer value, retention and growth.
You have 3–10 years of experience in program management, project management or a similar delivery-focused role.
You have successfully led complex programs from planning through execution in product or technology-driven environments.
You have strong experience with prioritization, risk management, dependency management and capacity planning.
You are comfortable working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other technical stakeholders.
You excel at influencing and aligning stakeholders without formal authority.
You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can quickly create structure where it is needed.
You are a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on execution.
You are comfortable working across cultures, functions and time zones.
