You lead a multi-year global ECM transformation, including planning, budgeting, risk management, dependencies, and performance measurement.
This involves steering all program phases: from the migration of legacy data to the sustainable implementation of new processes in the business units.
You advise the business units on the implementation of scalable ECM solutions that create genuine business value.
You design and establish digital processes on the ECM platform, incorporating new technologies such as artificial intelligence.
You further develop information architectures, data structures, metadata models, and governance standards.
To ensure the successful implementation of this transformation, you coordinate international project teams, internal experts, and external partners.
With a high degree of visibility, you work closely with various stakeholders, management bodies, and steering committees.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, information management, or comparable.
Profound experience in enterprise content management, document management, and IT consulting.
Sound expertise managing complex programs, migration projects, or global IT transformations.
Deep understanding of IT platforms, information architectures, metadata models, and data governance.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes, corporate data flows, and collaboration with various business functions.
A hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking, consulting expertise, and effective stakeholder management.
Business-fluent English and fluent German skills for international collaboration round out your profile.
