Program Manager - Insurance

Portfolio strategy & alignment Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap; ensure investments and initiatives align with organisational strategy and long‑term objectives. Prioritisation & investment decisioning Establish and run prioritisation frameworks (value, risk, effort, dependencies); recommend funding and go/no‑go decisions. Resource & capacity planning Balance demand across programs/projects, allocate resources (people, budget, technology), and resolve capacity conflicts to maximise throughput. Performance, benefits realisation & financial oversight Track portfolio KPIs (value delivered, benefits realised, ROI, cost vs. forecast), run portfolio reviews, and ensure benefits are realised post-delivery. Governance, risk & stakeholder management Maintain portfolio governance (steering committees, approval gates), manage cross‑initiative dependencies and risks, and communicate status to executives and stakeholders.
