Job Summary: Our client is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate healthcare training activities, including developing schedules, budgets, and reports. The role also supports new initiatives in social marketing, family planning, and reproductive health, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: Support the development of programmatic and healthcare provider training Work plans, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all activities. Coordinate the implementation of training programs aimed at increasing healthcare providers’ awareness, knowledge, and skills in contraceptive use across Tanzania. Assist in the development, production, and regular updating of training content, curricula, materials, training aids, pre/post tests, and evaluation tools. Implement strategies to enhance the value of training activities, including the introduction of certifications, acknowledgments, and course credits. Ensure proper documentation of all programmatic and training-related activities through the preparation of concise reports. Analyze feedback and data collected from training and program activities to support continuous improvement. Support the establishment of partner clinics and contribute to maintaining strong, long-term working relationships. Assist in coordinating community activities aimed at raising awareness of products among women of reproductive age. Represent the organization in external stakeholder meetings as required. Identify and recommend innovative ideas to help advance program goals in alignment with key focus areas. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in family planning and/or reproductive health programs within the private sector or NGO setting Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Science, Nursing, Clinical Officer, or a related field from a recognized academic institution Extensive knowledge of family planning programming and the reproductive health context in Tanzania Clinical experience is an added advantage Proven experience in training and facilitation; certification as a Master Trainer or Trainer of Trainers is an added advantage Demonstrated experience in effective planning and execution of program activities Strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize workload, plan, and implement activities effectively Capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels Self-driven and highly motivated Highly innovative and solution-oriented
