Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate and track hours and deliverables across multiple channels/clients.
- Liaise effectively with clients, internal teams, freelancers, and other departments to manage project timelines and materials.
- Organize and monitor project deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure project documentation and frameworks are maintained and adhered to.
- Develop and adapt project strategies in response to changing requirements or priorities.
- Identify project risks/issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Provide administrative and operational support for project tasks as required.
- Maintain a reliable pool of freelancers, understanding their capabilities and monitoring performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by taking ownership of new initiatives and suggesting process enhancements.
Qualification & Experience Required:-
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Business Management or a related field of study.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to details and able to work with tight deadlines
- Knowledge on file management and other administrative procedures
- Familiar with Microsoft Suites and Google Sheets
