Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Engineer (Electrical/ Instrument) in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Engineering & Construction sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals to manage Electrical and Instrumentation projects across major EPC developments. Candidates with strong project coordination, commissioning, and systems completion experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Review ITB documents and identify complete project scope. Ensure technical compliance with project specifications and engineering standards. Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and gate review documentation. Coordinate technical bid evaluations and contractor technical submissions. Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and government authorities. Prepare commissioning documentation and Close-Out Binder (COB). Required Skills Project Management – Managing EPC project execution from planning through completion. Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering – Strong technical knowledge of E&I systems. Commissioning & Systems Completion – Experience in turnover and operational readiness. Technical Bid Evaluation – Reviewing contractor and supplier technical submissions. Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Projects – Knowledge of industry standards and project execution. Preferred Skills Primavera/MS Project scheduling. PMP or equivalent Project Management certification. Experience working with multinational EPC contractors. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess 5–8 years of relevant experience in Project Engineering within Engineering & Construction organizations. Experience handling Electrical & Instrumentation activities in large-scale EPC projects involving Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plants is mandatory. Exposure to systems completion, commissioning, and client coordination is highly desirable. Education Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline. Preferred: Master's Degree or Project Management Certification.
