Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

As Policy Administration Officer, you will support the end-to-end management of client payment requests and ensure a high-quality service to clients, partners, and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in day-to-day operational activities. Your attention to detail and client-centric approach will help maintain our high standards of service and compliance.

 

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Manage client money-out requests from receipt to payment,
    (acknowledgement, documentation collection, system input, etc.),
  • Conduct due diligence reviews in line with corporate standard to ensure AML/KYC reviews and updates where required,
  • Comply with procedures, controls, industry rules and regulations,
  • Monitor ongoing transactions until completion and payment,
  • Respond to client and partner queries via email and other channels swiftly and accurately to help achieve customer satisfaction as well as service standards,
  • Prepare, scan, send confirmation letters and other necessary communication,
  • Perform servicing and maintenance tasks on policies,
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing,
  • Assist colleagues with daily tasks and contribute to continuous process improvement,
  • Meet Service Level Agreements and deadlines,
  • Uphold quality standards.


Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Policy Administration Officer?

  • University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or any other relevant field and/or relevant experience in Client Services/ Policy Administration in the insurance sector,
  • Previous experience in life insurance, banking, financial services, or operations is an asset,
  • Fluency in English. Any other European language is an asset,
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Knowledge of AML / KYC requirements preferred,
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks,
  • Team-player with a proactive and flexible mindset,
  • Proficient in Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
