As a Senior Associate within JPMorganChase Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Treasury, you will serve as a project manager driving the automation and enhancement of Treasury processes and analytics across the organization. You will partner closely with Treasury subject matter experts, technology teams, and key stakeholders to translate methodologies and regulatory requirements into clear project plans, prioritized backlogs, and well-governed deliverables. You will help ensure solutions are delivered on time and to specification, with strong controls, documentation, traceability, and audit-ready outcomes for regulatory and management reporting.

Job responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Treasury analytics and workflow automation initiatives across the CIB Treasury organization, from intake and scoping through implementation and rollout.
- Build and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing; track progress and escalate risks/issues with clear mitigation plans and decision points.
- Use Python code to build and enhance forecasting/analytics platforms used by the CIB Treasury organization, focusing on reliability, performance, and reusability.
- Partner with CIB Treasury subject matter experts to understand complex products, processes, and regulatory drivers; translate business rules and operational constraints into requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with technology teams to align on delivery approach, timelines, and release strategy, ensuring reliability, performance, and reusability are built into the solution design.
- Own delivery governance: facilitate working groups/updates, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure timely approvals and sign-offs.
- Plan and oversee testing and controls execution (e.g., test strategy, UAT coordination, reconciliation approach, and data-quality checks), ensuring outputs are accurate, explainable, and fit for regulatory and management reporting use.
- Prepare and maintain project and governance documentation (requirements/specifications, project plans, test plans and evidence, change logs, and release notes) to support auditability and regulatory expectations in a Treasury environment.
- Drive change management and adoption: coordinate communications, training/support readiness, cutover planning, and post-release monitoring to ensure smooth transitions and sustained outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience leading or coordinating delivery of analytics, process automation, reporting, or process improvement initiatives (e.g., requirements gathering, planning, execution, and stakeholder management).
- Experience in developing products, dashboards or frameworks / process automation / financial analysis / process improvement, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Python (experience using pandas, numpy, matplotlib, sklearn, statsmodels etc.).
- Familiarity with data and technology platforms used in modern analytics delivery (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Snowflake) and the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams on implementation approach, timelines, and risks.
- Experience supporting data quality and testing efforts for large datasets (e.g., reconciliations, validation checks, UAT coordination), leveraging tools such as Excel and/or Python/BI/data analysis tooling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- General knowledge of banking products and services a plus.
