Project Management Support Officer

Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Management Support Officer for a 2months+ Contract role on the Gold Coast.

The Project Management Support Officer will be the backbone of the operations, providing high-level support to the regional unit. You will be responsible for the seamless coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities, workforce management processes, and the maintenance of critical personnel records.

Skills and experience required includes:

• Deliver efficient administrative services to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all processes align with  standards of excellence.
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all new starters.
• Support the management of our contractor and permanent workforce, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Act as a primary point of contact, coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and fostering strong relationships across our network.
