Key Responsibilities:
● Executing: Leading the operational aspects of the project, ensuring the plan is put into motion and that the team is effectively carrying out their tasks.
● Monitoring and Controlling: Tracking the progress of the project, managing changes to the project scope, and schedule, and ensuring quality standards are met.
● Leadership and Team Management: Providing direction and motivation to the project team, resolving conflicts, and promoting collaboration.
● Communication: Keeping clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and the project team, and managing expectations.
● Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and issues.
● Quality Management: Ensuring the project's outputs meet the required standards and stakeholder expectations.
● Stakeholder Management: Identifying project stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and engaging them appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
● Procurement Management: Overseeing the procurement of necessary resources, services, and contracts to deliver the project
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premier technical institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
● Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
● Strong leadership abilities, including team management and conflict resolution.
● Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in project management tools and software.
