Job Description
The Project Manager is the primary client-facing leader responsible for the successful end-to-end deployment of Centric PLM for assigned clients. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the defined scope, while strictly adhering to the Centric PMO’s standard implementation methodology and best practices.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scoping: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation schedules, and communication strategies in accordance with the PMO standards.
Forecast: Provide and regularly update an accurate resource allocation forecasts. Monitor project hours, resources, and expenses against the budget. Provide a weekly budget report
Client Management: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the client project team, managing expectations, coordinating meetings, and facilitating all key project milestones (e.g., Blueprinting, configuration, testing. training, go-live).
Process Execution & Compliance: Rigorously execute the project using Centric implementation methodology, ensuring all required internal documentation and phase gate approvals are completed and auditable.
Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. Manage all scope change requests using the formal change control process, escalating potential budget or timeline threats to the Director as needed.
Team Coordination: Coordinate activities between the client’s team, the internal technical consultants, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure smooth transitions between project phases.
Knowledge & skills requirements
Required Technical Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementation projects. Strong working knowledge of relevant project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
Organizational Knowledge: Practical understanding of Centric PLM integration with typical client business processes and IT environments.
Specific Certification/Training: A Formal training or certification in a recognized project management methodology (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master) is preferred
Communication & Governance: Proven ability to run effective project steering committee meetings and clearly articulate complex technical and business issues to both client and internal stakeholders.

On-Time Delivery: Successfully complete all assigned projects within the defined timeline variance established by the PMO.
Process Compliance: Pass all internal project audits demonstrating adherence to PMO documentation, methodology and forecasting standards.
Client Handoff: Ensure a clean, successful transition to the Customer Support/ CS Team
The US base salary range for this full-time position is Negotiable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary and certain positions may be offered with additional variable incentives.
