As a Project Manager at Cloud Energy Software, you would have the responsibility of managing such motivated teams to deliver high impact projects using your management experience and skills.
Who you are:
- Have 3+ years of experience in managing software projects and 7+ years of total experience.
- Experienced in leading the team and mentoring and building Software Engineering teams.
- Have client facing experience and collaborated closely with clients to deliver projects.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Methodologies such as AGILE, DevOps.
- Good understanding of technology to be able to understand and manage engineering teams
- Have strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
What you will do:
- Deliver projects timely and to satisfactory quality by closely working with the Stakeholders and Engineering Teams.
- Lead projects through the entire development cycle - from inception till deployment.
- Create project plans, budgets, and report on the projects.
- Proactively identify risks, issues and proposing strategies for mitigation.
- Support and troubleshooting. Provide continuous advice, clarification, and guidance during the execution of each sprint of project. Using experience and skills to guide the team with technical issues around projects.
- Carry out project reviews and suggest scope for improvement.
