Project Manager

Our client within the public sector is running a large-scale infrastructure and integration program focused on advanced monitoring systems. The Project Manager will support the rollout and optimization of technical deployments, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and stakeholders. Requirements · Identify process improvements and define actionable solutions · Plan and manage project execution across multiple stakeholders · Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors · Track project progress, risks, and deliverables · Ensure proper documentation and standardization · Implement project governance and quality practices · Use tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking and reporting Required Skills & Expertise Must Have · 10+ years of experience in IT project management · Strong technical background (infrastructure or integration) · Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments · Expertise in project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence) · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills · Fluent in Dutch or French + good English Should Have / Nice to Have · Experience in public sector or regulated environments · Exposure to large-scale deployment or infrastructure projects · Vendor coordination experience · Knowledge of quality and governance frameworks Soft Skills · Strong analytical and structured thinking · Proactive and solution-oriented mindset · Ability to navigate complex environments · High ownership and accountability · Collaborative and facilitative approach
