Job Description
Quality Assurance and Quality Control for all works related to Project execution:
- Preparation & Implementation of QMS documents
- SOP preparation for construction activities and implementation
- Review of QAP’s submitted by vendors/contractors
- Preparation of detailed Material Specifications and implementation plans right from Design to Tendering to Execution Stage
- Concrete Mix designs, Paver block mix design, etc.
- Testing of raw materials to conform to specifications
- Approval of RMC sources for concrete supply to projects and controlling them from time to time through various checks
- Approval of various material sources such as, but not limited to, aggregates, steel, admixtures, cement, bitumen, etc.
- Identify NCR and record at site
- Suggest and approve rectification procedure
- Contractor/vendor Evaluation
- Site Audits (Process and product)
- witness of field as well as third party laboratory tests
- Monthly Quality Reporting, Standard Deviation Controls, rectification, and repair measure identifications, etc.
- Conduct quality training and awareness to staff and worker
- Project handing over document review and approval
- Monitor third party inspections, review IR and Dispatch clearance
- Construction material Source approval
- Identify good and best practices for sites and implementation
About You:
Key Skills:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Team-oriented with proactive follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of project documentation and tendering process.
- Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, and procurement procedures.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Asana, or similar).
- Experience working with multinational clients or corporate fit-out projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in civil engineering / construction management / architecture (or equivalent).
- 13+ years of experience in construction or project coordination, preferably in commercial, corporate interiors, or real estate development projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, project schedules, and site coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD (added advantage).
