We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects with precision. In this role, you will drive planning, execution, governance, and delivery while building strong stakeholder alignment and ensuring client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
First 30 Days: Foundation & Orientation
- Understand GoML’s service offerings, delivery standards, technology capabilities, and engagement models
- Become familiar with active projects, key clients, government engagements, and internal workflows
- Learn project governance frameworks, reporting structures, escalation paths, and engagement protocols
- Build strong working relationships with delivery teams, senior stakeholders, clients, and leadership
- Align expectations and develop a clear understanding of project priorities, risks, and success measures
First 60 Days: Execution & Impact
Own project planning and execution activities, including:
- Scope definition and change management
- Resource allocation and capacity planning
- Milestone and delivery planning
- Dependency tracking
- Risk, issue, and escalation management
- Budget and schedule monitoring
Engage regularly with customers and stakeholders to:
- Gather and clarify requirements
- Provide clear project updates
- Manage expectations and competing priorities
- Ensure alignment with business and operational objectives
- Present progress, risks, and key decisions to senior and high-profile stakeholders
Additional responsibilities include:
- Coordinating across Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, Consulting, and external partners
- Removing blockers and ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgets
- Managing Agile execution, including sprint ceremonies, client reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, governance records, status reports, and decision logs
- Ensuring adherence to contractual, compliance, and governance requirements, particularly for government and public-sector projects
First 180 Days: Ownership & Transformation
- Take complete ownership of multiple projects and ensure consistent, predictable, and on-time delivery
- Lead high-visibility government, public-sector, and enterprise engagements
- Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Manage senior government officials, executive sponsors, client leadership, and other high-profile stakeholders with confidence and discretion
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams with a strong focus on accountability, collaboration, and performance
- Implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency, scalability, governance, and project predictability
- Contribute to business growth by supporting pre-sales discussions, proposals, project estimations, and onboarding of new customers
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 7–10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within technology services, software delivery, digital transformation, technology consulting, or enterprise solutions
- Proven experience managing government or public-sector projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile stakeholders, including senior government officials, executive sponsors, leadership teams, and external partners
- Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery, including:

- Proven ability to manage customers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills, including:

- Confident leadership in governance and review meetings
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- Software Development Life Cycle
- Technology project delivery processes
- Application development and implementation workflows
- Quality assurance and release management
- Technology integration and deployment processes
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resource plans, risks, dependencies, and contractual commitments
- Strong documentation, reporting, presentation, and governance capabilities

- Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous, and high-pressure project environments

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience working on enterprise applications, cloud solutions, automation, system integration, analytics, or emerging technology projects
- Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, machine learning projects, or AI implementation initiatives
- Basic understanding of the AI and machine learning project lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Prior experience in:
